Holy Trinity’s motto is How High School Should Be. What does that mean to you?

Holy Trinity truly covers so many bases with what it has to offer. HT has excellent sports teams, a phenomenal theatre department, talented artists, and a wide variety of clubs. Whether it be on the stage, the court, the field, or in the classroom- there is a place for everyone at HT.

What is your favorite class this year? Why do you enjoy it?

My favorite class this year is Spanish with Ms. Ingram. I enjoy this class because I am learning the skill of an additional language which is very valuable. It is one of the classes that I feel could truly apply to everyday life.

Has there been a teacher/coach/counselor/administrator at Holy Trinity who has positively influenced you? Please explain:

Mrs. Coffey of Campus Ministry has most definitely positively influenced me throughout my high school years. Mrs. Coffey, who we affectionately refer to as “Ice,” has always helped me to get involved and to grow more deeply in my faith life.

What has been a “highlight” of your time at Holy Trinity? Please describe a moment that you enjoyed and/or made you proud:

It is hard to pinpoint an exact moment during my time at Holy Trinity that stood apart from the rest, but anything I have done through Campus Ministry will be cherished forever: my March for Life trips to Washington DC, my hours volunteered at the Spring Fling dance, the Steubenville conferences, my Georgia Mission during sophomore year, or my trip to Poland this past summer. I will always be grateful for Holy Trinity’s Campus Ministry.

To what colleges are you applying? What is your intended major?

I will be attending Molloy College and have committed to their Women’s Bowling team. My intended major is Adolescent Special Education.

What will you miss the most about Holy Trinity?

What I will miss most about Holy Trinity is definitely the sense of community I have gained over my years here. HT has such a warm environment that has easily become my “second home.” Going to college knowing I will have to leave all of this behind is going to be a challenge.

Do you have any advice for incoming Holy Trinity students?

[I would advise] incoming Holy Trinity students to get involved, even if it means stepping out of your comfort zone. There is something for everyone here at Holy Trinity. You just have to be open to the experiences!
