Prayer Requests

PLEASE KEEP THE FOLLOWING INTENTIONS IN YOUR PRAYERS:

prayers@holytrinityhs.org  Intentions are remembered at our Daily Masses and the Mass on the First Monday of Each Month is for the prayer intentions of the Holy Trinity Community.)

For the Holy Trinity Class of 2017 and all High School and College Graduates may they celebrate with joy and in safety and may God watch over them and guide them on the next part of their life journey

That the world community acknowledge the genocide of Christian Communities in the Middle East and unite to  protect these worthy people from extinction 

That seminarians and men and women entering religious life may have mentors who live the joy of the Gospel and prepare them wisely for their mission

That the aged marginalized and those who have no one may find-even within the huge cities of the world-opportunities for encounter and solidarity

That families, communities and groups may pray the Holy Rosary for evangelization and peace 

That in every country in the world, women may be honored and respected and that their essential contributions to society may be highly esteemed

That those Christians who, on account of their faith, are discriminated against or are being persecuted, may remain strong and faithful to the Gospel, thanks to the incessant prayer of the Church

That families in need may receive the necessary support and that children may grow up in healthy and peaceful environments

That we may take good care of creation-a gift freely given-cultivating and protecting it for future generations

For evangelization: That opportunities may increase for dialogue and encounter between the Christian faith and the peoples of Asia

That all may experience the mercy of God, who never tires of forgiving.

That families, especially those who suffer, may find through Jesus, Our Savior, a sign of certain hope.

For all victims of terrorism

That we may be open to personal encounters  and dialogue with all, even those whose convictions differ from our own

For Holy Trinity High School and all of its students, faculty, staff, administration and parents may God bless and keep all of them and keep his school strong
For all victims of natural disasters

For the United States that thy may overcome the moral dilemmas and attacks against religious freedom

For teachers who guide their students emotionally, academically, spiritually and physically to grow and achieve success

For the United States and all its citizens may God bless us and guide us to be the greatest and most respectful and concerned nation on Earth

 That those from different religious traditions and all people of good will may work together for peace


For all families struggling with financial difficulties. May they find peace knowing God will always provide for us.

For Pope Francis, his well being and his  ministry as leader of the Roman Catholic Church..
 
The Catholic Church. May we trust in Christ and become one fruitful community of faith, so that the world may see one Kingdom of God.


The poor and homeless. May we not turn away from them and instead may we attempt to lighten their load by taking it upon ourselves to assist them.

All who have died. May we remember that the pain and sorrow of this world has ended and celebrate their joyful rebirth into eternal life.

Our friends and family who love us, care for our needs, advise us, comfort us and help to bring us closer to God--may God protect them and assist them. 

For peace in our hearts, in our families and in our world.

Those who lead the Church- May they be given the strength to preach the Gospel of Life and encourage us to protect and defend the sacredness of life.

The students, faculty, staff and parents of Holy Trinity as they strive to be living witnesses to the Gospel values of Jesus Christ

All the men and women serving in the US armed forces as they protect our nation

The sick, the elderly and the unborn

The poor, homeless and all those in need of comfort

Vocations to the Priesthood and Religious Life

World Peace

Bishop Barres and the Diocese of Rockville Centre

Those who are faced with difficult tasks and decisions

The unemployed-- may they find the dignity of work and hope for their families
