Holy Trinity’s motto is How High School Should Be. What does that mean to you?
It means that Holy Trinity is a place where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves. [Also,] there is at least one club or activity that meets each student’s interest,
What is your favorite class this year? Why do you enjoy it?
My favorite class this year has been Accounting. In this class, we’ve learned important life skills that we will need after college, such as balancing a checkbook and other essential tools we will need later in life.
Has there been a teacher/coach/counselor/administrator at Holy Trinity who has positively influenced you? Please explain:
Mr. O’Neill has positively influenced me. This year in Accounting, he has made it clear to me that this is what I want to study in college.
What has been a “highlight” of your time at Holy Trinity? Please describe a moment that you enjoyed and/or made you proud:
The “highlight” of my time at Holy Trinity is my senior year basketball season. This is our last time playing basketball together and we all want to get the most out of it.
To what colleges are you applying? What is your intended major?
I applied to St. John’s University, SUNY Albany, Georgetown University, Syracuse University, and Howard University. My intended major is Accounting.
What will you miss the most about Holy Trinity?
I will miss coming to my second home every day and seeing the welcoming smiles of the staff and student body each morning.
Do you have any advice for incoming Holy Trinity students?
I would tell incoming students to get involved in as many activities as possible and to enjoy your experience here while it lasts. Don’t take a single moment for granted because you’ll regret it when high school is over.
