A Special Time, Place and Spirit
Fr. Liam McDonald has served as a chaplain to the Holy Trinity High School community for the past three years. In addition to serving our community he is an associate pastor at Holy Family Parish two blocks away. Prior to “the call” he received a bachelor degree in Architecture and Engineering Technology. He worked as an estimator for several years for a mechanical contractor here on Long Island.
His discernment and studies for the priesthood were completed at Saint Joseph’s Seminary, Dunwoodie, NY. He has a Master of Divinity and Bachelor of Sacred Theology (STB), though he prides himself as a disciple of Jesus Christ and a beloved son of God. Fr. Liam’s interests outside spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ include: good coffee, hiking, running and mountain biking. His favorite composer is Ludovico Einaudi, his favorite author is Michael O’Brien and his favorite artist is William Kurelek.
