All prospective freshmen are strongly encouraged to complete the Catholic High School Entrance Exam (CHSEE) in the Fall of their eighth grade year. For information on how to register for the CHSEE, please click here. Holy Trinity's CHSEE code is 690.

This application is intended for:
- 8th grade students who did not take the CHSEE exam*, or
- Current high school students looking to transfer to Holy Trinity
*Please note that 8th grade students who did not take the CHSEE exam cannot be considered for academic scholarship
