Holy Trinity’s Academic Support Program, staffed by three full-time, special education teachers, offers a comprehensive and supportive program for students with IEPs and 504 Accommodations.
Students receive resource room services for one period every day. Resource Room services are supplemental in nature and are designed to remediate academic skill deficits. Students develop the study and organizational skills to manage Holy Trinity’s college preparatory curriculum in a supportive environment. Holy Trinity's special education teachers focus on promoting independence and self-advocacy skills.
Admissions Process
Please indicate, on youradmissions application, that your child will require support services. Upload your child’s most recent IEP or 504 and her/his 7th and 8th grade report cards to your admissions portal.
Academic success for every student is central to the mission of Holy Trinity High School. In order to assure that your child is on the path to success, you and your child will be invited to meet with the Director of Student Support Services to review all IEPs and 504 accommodations.
The deadline to submit your child's most recent IEP to Holy Trinity is May 15, 2025. IEPs submitted after May 15 will not receive services for the 2025-26 academic year. Applications must include complete and recent academic information to be considered for admissions.
Please contact Mrs. Trish Pantina, Director of Student Support Services at tpantina@holytrinityhs.org with questions.
