Transcript Requests

If you wish to request a copy of your high school transcript, you should either:
Order online through Parchment Exchange.

You may also apply in person at the Guidance Office during the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M.

The fee is $5.00 - cash, check or money order.   The transcript will be forwarded upon receipt of the fee.
